Protect That Floor By “Mixing It Up”

DONKEYBALL ON A GYM FLOORA rarely considered reason for accelerated floor finish is always doing the same activity in the same place. By concentrating high impact activities like running sprints to the same part of the floor day after day will concentrate wear on just part of the floor.

Consider regularly moving the location for warm ups, stretching, sprints and other activities like ball handling drills to new floor locations to slow down wear and make your finish last.
